The Car Is a 1992 Volkswagen Golf GL. With 238 374 KM’s on the body and the engine was rebuild at 150 000 KM’s. The body doesn’t have any major rust. Maybe 3-4 little dime sized holes there and here. Ill gladly point em out if you wish. I just Sea Foamed the engine(which is basically cleaning it out by running cleaner trough the vac lines) so there’s no more gunk anywhere. I used 2 bottles of engine degreaser to make it look good for the summer. The engine is a 1.8L 8v engine. Very fuel economical. Very quick car, I’ve gotten her into corners at very fast speeds and she sticks to the road very well. It’s a very fun drive. The max I got her up to , and keep in mind the engine is stock is 180km’s/h. I made the roof and all the custom upholstery myself. The car originally didn’t come with big bumpers, GTI Seats and a MK3 GTI Steering Wheel. The Mags are 14 inch MK3 “Flyers” wrapped around in new Hercules unidirectional tires. I basically changed everything and the car runs great and starts up in winters without a problem. I laid the rear wiper flat because I find it looks cleaner and I just ColorX’ed the whole car so it’s nice and shiny now. The Color is a stock Tornado Red and the body doesn’t have any dents or dings in it. The paint has a couple of rough spots, but for original paint from 1992 its holding up real well. I used to detail the car every weekend by dying the bumpers with leather dye to keep em there blackest. I used to re-shine the interior every weekend to keep the dust off. I just changed the light bulbs because the ones from 1992 weren’t providing me with enough light output.And i made my self custom gauges. If there’s any other questions feel free to ask questions.
