bon..jai remarqué dernierement ke kan je suis sur le neutre mon rpm descend presque a 0 pis le char commence a shaker comme si y voudrais sétoufer mais y revien apres..et ainsi de suite...quelqun pourais savoir sa serais quoi...et a combien kié suposer etre mon rpm sul neutre merci davance *tu*
 
The visual results are below. The improvement in throttle response is even better. Felt a bit boggy at WOT the first few times out but I guess the ECU relearning the air flow w/ a cleaner MAF, the throttle feels stronger and more responsive. And best of all...so far no CEL.

***Note: The MAF is very delicate and sensitive. Do this at your own risk.

what you need:

philips screw driver
brake cleaner
qtips

care full with the maf sensor, it can cost you a 200+$ head ache if you brake it.....

also try cleaning your fuel enjectors w/ STP fuel injector cleaner..

once you done these steps, reset your ecu (you can disconnect battery for 2 mins..)

Oh and btw the neutral rpm should be written under your hood with all the specs, at least it is for all cars I've seen but none of them were a toyota so maybe it won't be there...
 
Oauis sé une tite boite ake un vise pis une plug rectangle...sur la fin du tube de la air box la...Tous juste a gauche de la tite fuse box...

Tu devise la vise pis tu sort le tout et tu nettoie impecable...prend toi un Q-tip pour netoyer le ptit sencor dans lfond aussi...PIs netoi aussi la plug rectangle...pis ramanche sa sans pousiere et tu va voir sé neuf....Sinon ben cé autre chose...
 
btw, i'd also recommend changing your spark plugs if you never did and you're above 90k .....makes a big difference, cars engine sounds smoother and pulls alot better!
 
jai faite un changement d'huile, spark plugs changé, netoyage injecteur, netoyage MAF sensor....pis ca fais ENCORE la meme shit....je sais pu koi faire....un gars ma dit ( Check your pcv hose. It connects from the valve cover to the throttle body or the manifold. Mine was cracked, after replacing it fixed my idling problems ) ..so jpensse ma cheké ca demain...jvou donne des new apres
 
Ouais ca pourrait être ton PCV valve qui pourrait être craquer......
Quand tu as fait ton nettoyage de MAF sensor t'es-tu assurer que le petit tuyau qui se connecte sur le MAF sensor n'Était pas faillé?
Ya quelques temps mon paseo avait fait ca ctait le tuyau du MAF sensor qui s'était déplogué.............. le char virait de 1000 puis 400 1000 puis 400 1000 puis 400 ainsi de suite..............y donnait pas de power pour avancé check ca..... c'est stupide comme réparation un gars qui étudiait en mécanique n'était même pas capable de me dier ctait quoi qui faisait ca alors que moi dès le départ je savais que ctait ca pis je fais 0 mécanique .... je suis ferblantier de métier so........
 
bein je sais ke ya une snap de mon air box est cassé. so le air box bouge un peu...pourais tu etre ca...a force de bougé yaurais p-e craké....ma cheké ca aussi

mon rpm monte pas....il reste a 500..spa fort
 
Le idle est pas ajustable sur un 1zzfe

mais nettoye ton throttle body, jai pogner des char qui avait ce probleme..

et aussi, on a pogner pas mal de celica 1zzfe que le IAC fesait defaut...

fak si ton maf est nettoyé, ton ecm reseter, pis ca fait encore le trouble... je me dirigerait vers le IAC, p-e ya des fils de coupé, ou bien il est defect
