Whats wrong with RX7s?

Not a single thing, my friend. Not a single this. My kind of RX-7...

Nice that it has the CTR engine and details like the shaved rain gutters and side oil filler
Strange that it doesn't have the integrated roll cage that Ruf is known for, or Ruf gauges/pedals/seats
Tacky that they put the word Yellow Bird all over when that's only a nickname that was given to the CTR press car
But hey, I'd still love to own it

Especially since the yellowbird was a g-type with narrow body and not a turbolook 964

Connaissez-vous des sites web avec des photos d'autos haute resolutions 5k+ ? J'ai de la misère à me trouver des bonnes photos de qualités..

I got all excited when I saw that Volkswagen made a mk1 Golf Group B rally car with, what I could only assume to be, the Audi S1 Group B driveline.

...then I figured out it was a photoshop. :(

I just found this info, it's actually based on a 993 chassis (the wiper spacing is an indicator).
At the Geneva show, Ruf presented an all new car. It's based on a highly modified 993 chassis (not a 964 chassis as stated in the article) with extended wheelbase by 70mm (50mm rear, 20mm front) bringing it to the same as a 997. When you see it in person, the new longer wheelbase looks natural and looks better proportioned than the original shorter wheelbase. Overall length is unchanged and remains the same as a G model or 964. Body design is inspired by the original Ruf CTR1. Body has extensive use of carbon fiber with optional roof structure in carbon as well. Of note is the engine isn't air-cooled. It is in fact the Mezger water-cooled GT3 unit enlarged to 4.2 liters normally aspirated, 525hp. Gearbox is also the 6-speed manual GT3 based. This is really the best of all worlds, the latest technology in the more compact traditional body. A totally analog super car you can use every day.

I saw the 2.7RS while is was being restored in their shop in Pfaffenhausen and also got to see the CTR2 Sport in Interlaken.

This one is perfect. 964, Maritime blue (or close enough)... Maybe ducktail would be better.
