they dont sell fireworks at canadian tire around here and at sail they sell lightstick and safety fusée... there is some fireworks places but its more expensive. very more

Lots of random small depanneurs and even sometimes supermarket have some if you are not in an urban area, and i'm suspecting you gonna make a pipe bomb with those and blow the townhall of longueil

Whatever you do be careful around them. We had a major mishap with a large multi bomb one last summer. My father in law wound up spending the night at hospital, in retrospect though, it was his fault.
