What is the test you had to do that was the most painful ever?

I just came back from the emergency because my doctor thought I was having an appendicitis. They sent me to radiology and I was expecting the usual barium drink and ct-scan...Did i get owned...

They had to insert all kinds of needles and shit to put some liquid inside my body and then...they had to insert this freaking dildo up my ass and fill it up with some liquid and to top it all like a cherry on a sundae, they've inflated that facking dildo up my ass so that the liquid wouldn't come out. I was in so much pain, my legs were shaking for the whole 5 minutes of the scan. I have now been shitting barium and liquid for the past hour...

Anybody ever done this test? Is it suppose to be this painful? Usually I have a very high tolerance for pain (dentist without anestasia all the time)...but this was just unbearable...

How is CT colonography procedure performed?

The technologist begins by positioning you on the CT examination table, usually lying flat on your back or less commonly, on your side or on your stomach. Straps and pillows may be used to help you maintain the correct position and to hold still during the exam. Depending on the part of the body being scanned, you may be asked to keep your hands over your head.
A very small, flexible tube will be passed two inches into your rectum to allow air to be gently pumped into the colon using a hand-held squeeze bulb. Sometimes an electronic pump is used to deliver carbon dioxide gas into the colon. Sometimes a retention balloon is inflated on the rectal tube to help keep the tube positioned correctly. The purpose of the gas is to distend the colon as much as possible to eliminate any folds or wrinkles that might obscure polyps from the physician's view.
Next, the table will move through the scanner. Patients are asked to hold their breath for about 15 seconds before turning over and lying on their back or side for a second pass that is made through the scanner. In some centers the sequence of positions may be the opposite: facing upward first and then facing down. Once the scan is done, the tube is removed.
The entire examination is usually completed within 15 minutes.

Il y a des filles pour qui un tel examen ne dérange pas le moins du monde....mais pour d'autres c'est l'enfer, même si ton médecin est délicat.....ewwww le Q-Tip....j,ai des frissons pour toi! :)

normal y a des filles qui sont plus "petites" je suppose :p

Je pense que c'est plus la sensibilité à l'intérieur qui y est pour quelque chose....d'avoir un objet qui "ouvre" le passge, ça ne fait pas vraiment mal...mais le gratage et le zigonage à l'intérieur oui...
