Looking for the right engine machining workshop to balance crank

I don't know if this is the right forum to search for this information.

I am looking for a engine shop that rebuilds engines on daily basis in the Montreal area.
Especially a machining workshop that doesn't muscle car crank balancing.

I want to balance a 10cyl Viper Crank with dumper, flywheel, rods and pistons.

National(krome tech) has been doing crank grinding,plating and balancing forever. Most shops send them the cranks for balancing.
