My friend snapped this pic yesterday. I don't know any details, but obviously he isn't supposed to park there.

Actually, I have to agree with HeadBanger. In Ontario, people are less stressed and not as much in a hurry. They are also MUCH more courteous on the road and they obey traffic rules such as speeds, showing their intension on maneuvers and generally being more careful overall.

Here in Montreal, most will refer to them as bad drivers because they do everything slower and not like people here who are in a rush to get everywhere.

Dont care that they are slow, but get the hell out of the left lane. How many times do I have to zigzag threw traffic in Toronto because in a 100zone they are all driving 99km side by side.

Add to that all the women Asian drivers in TO and its horrible.

I don't think you know the TV show Canada's worst driver right ?

most of them comes from Ontario

Cause most of the people in canada live in Ontario!

And there's always one from Quebec or Montreal.

Either way, sucks for the people who own that house.

That's because they probably can't accept the french speaking idiots who can't drive, just the english ones. This is also an invalid point since I'm 99% sure the show is based in Toronto. Not everybody from other provinces can afford the time off work, etc, to be on the show.

Actually, Ontario drivers are horrible in Quebec, they are find in ontario.
x2. Often when I'm in Quebec the bad driver in front of me is a fellow Ontarian.

Whenever I'm in Ontario and get cut off or see someone merging into my car... "Je me souviens"
It's funny, because 2 weeks ago I was in MTL, signalled my intention to merge, gave a decent gap ahead of the other car, and once I was in the lane the guy starts flashing his high-beams at me.

You go anywhere in Quebec, and the vast majority of people don't signal, and either drive 20 below the limit or 30 over.

I digress, this isn't a war on who drives better. I'll edit the OP so people aren't pissed anymore.

In Quebec it's the superiority complex while behind the wheel, arrogance, ignorance and the lack of knowledge of basic rules that makes people drive bad. The process of getting a license here is outdated and inadequate, it was good enough back in the 60's, not even close enough to be half decent today. "I make up the rules as I go so you're at fault" should be on our plates instead of "Je me souviens", because clearly most people on the road can't remember shit they learned in driving school.

you have to be kidding me, ontario drivers are horrible

Oddly enough, they're only horrible when they come here for some reason. Having driven to Toronto and Ottawa several times in my life I found the drivers there to actually be pretty decent. Courteous as well. It's our god awful infrastructure, especially on the island Montgofuckyourselfreal where nothing makes any sense and the roads are abysmal, that causes them to drive poorly.

Sorry, but Ontario plated cars are the WORST drivers out there.

If you are from Ontario... you will do the following:

1.Merge on the highway
2.Go straight to the fast lane
3. Sit there at <100km/h
4. Not realize everybody behind you raging.

I really don't get how Ontario people don't understand what a PASSING LANE is. Not passing someone, get the fuck in the middle lane.

Same thing applies here in Quebec. Fucktards are everywhere.

Funny, I see Quebec drivers doing the same.

Also, if I'm driving a car with a Quebec plate, I'm instantly a better driver? Half the problem with the Ontario cars you hate is all your signs are french, and not everybody in Canada speaks french. Not to mention the signs don't even make sense half the time.

And what if I'm in the left lane going 100, but I'm getting off at the Atwater exit?

I don't have any problems with the stuff you said, thus making your argument that all Ontarians can't drive invalid.
