Donald John Trump is no longer president: what does it mean for you?

SCOTUS just threw out his PA lawsuit.

False, they dismissed the part where they asked for emergency invalidation of the vote certification. The case as far as I know is still to be heard.

But that's besides the point. The video I posted from Viva Frei is about how the state of Texas, and now other states are joining, is bringing a lawsuit against 4 other swing states and their arguments have nothing to do with fraud. So firstly this is not a Trump lawsuit, it's on behalf of the people of other states and they're questioning how the states in question changed election rules not using the legislature which is unconstitutional.

TBH, I never knew exactly what would be done and when but I always knew the best would be saved for last. With hindsight I now feel as if all the initial fraud lawsuits were not to win in a court of law but to win in the court of public opinion. Once they had that, they roll out the big guns.

The fact that States are now coming out and asking for the SC to review this because they believe that the way the election was conducted impacts their state's vote is no small matter.

Yes another shitty video with false claims, its really gonna have an impact.

A lawyer (Montrealer too) comments on the merits of a legal case.
Kerplunk: I know better than him.

The only thing it's not going to have an impact on is the brain-dead.

Nope, they stated that they should have challenged it before the election, as it happened over a year ago (with overwhelming republican support.)

I am quite enjoying all of these attempts to remove the votes now that they are no longer calling for fraud.

The Courts have made it very clear that they don't want to get involved in an attempt to overturn the election because they know that it would open Pandora's Box. It would quickly become a shitshow if every county's election results ended up before a state's Supreme Court.

Trump's neo-fascists supporters be like "but we though we controlled the Supreme court..."

This is basically every single thing that the
NY Post reported and Bobulinski confirmed during the campaign but Big Tech and the mainstream media suppresed the story since it was, supposedly, "russian disinformation".

The media now report on the story after the Biden transition team gives the go ahead to do so in a press release from Hunter Biden.

This is beyond laughable. Joe Biden will now enter the White House facing a special prosecutor and both his son and brother under federal investigation. Perhaps that's how we're getting President Kamala afterall.

Yes! He sold access to the White House through his properties. That's way less corrupt.

Considering that's not what happened, yes what he did is less corrupt.

That's besides the point, one set of stories was reported about, the other was suppressed to help one campaign.

That's. Not. The. Media's. Job.

Joe Biden n'a pas encore commencé véritablement sa présidence et on a déjà droit à un shit-show! lol

Les 4prochaines années seront prometteuses!!

Trump didn't sell access to the White House through his kids, see the difference?

The Chinese government granted a total of 41 trademarks to companies linked to Ivanka Trump by April of 2019—and the trademarks she applied for after her father became president got approved about 40% faster than those she requested before Donald Trump’s victory in the 2016 election

Ivanka is a business woman, Hunter Biden is a crackhead who's only marketable skill was that his daddy was VP.
