Hello,

Any shops to recommend that does both and would probly do some combo deal for both needs? It's for the model s, I'd want black/gray wheels wrap. If anyone on the forum can do that I'd gladly use a member's skills.

For your window tint, front side windows are not allowed. I got a ticket and had to remove it on the BMW, took off all 4 doors as IMO just the back side windows does not look good, left the back window as it would have screwed my defrost. $65 ticket, $70 remove tint, $30 inspection for the ticket after removal.
For your wheels there is a good quality do it yourself spray paint, you need patience and clean your rims very well ( degreaser ). Under very close inspection you can tell it is DIY but if just walking by it looks great, trying to remember the name of the paint as it has been 3 years ( rims still look good ).

Your window tint comment is wrong. You ARE allowed to tint the front side windows, but you have to respect the limit. The total light capable of going through the glass must be 70% or more, meaning you cannot apply tint that will bring the total to past 30% including the factory tint in the glass.

If I remember correctly, TheDamned drives a Corvette, so I don't think he wants a DIY finish. He likely wants something professional and well done that will last.
