Why settle for $400k gross when you can make $1.2M gross as a specialist in Qc? There's your GP problem right there. Dermatologists make way more shooting bottox privately then working in the public system. One more thing, info santé was created to lighten the burden at the ER. People can dial *811 when their kid has a fever or something. Well guess what, when you call *811, the nurse answering doesn't want to be held accountable for giving advice over the phone so they tell people to go to the ER. No appointment local clinics were also created to lighten the burden at the ER. Good luck getting an appointment at your local no appointment clinic.

It's not the public system that is a farce, it's the zero accountability public management that is.

on va en perdre la moitié si le gouvernement faisait ça.

Juste faire en sorte qu'ils n'aient pas les avantages d'un salarié et d'un incorporé en même temps, ça serait déjà bien.
