Hey guys, I just come back from seeing this bike. The guy is selling it, soory I have no pics, but the bike has 78 000 Km and it has been repainted. I don't know what to do, the bike rides properly, the guy gives me 2 new tires on rims, with galipers and other parts. He was asking $1500 and now I lowered him to $1300 with the helmet which is alsmot new. The paint job isn't nice at all, he did it by himself, if I buy it I plan on repainting it during winter. Anyways, I didn't give any cash down but I plan on calling him back tomorrow, I don't know what I'll do, I just want to know if you guys know something I should watch before buying, or any comments on these bikes would be appreciated...

Thanks guys

How much does a pro repaint cost?
Plus, I think it realy depends on how's the bike's condition...

If you dish out 500$ extra, you will be able to get a lot of 1991+ bikes...
Hmm... u sure..? 2000$ for 91+... i guess I'll be spending less than i thought this summer....

I can probably ''dish out'' a extra 500$, but the problem is that I looked for bikes since quite a few weeks and I don't find any 91+ for around $2000 tell me where to shop man because I think I need help.

My budget depends on the bike I find but I was looking for something really cheap to start so if I drop the bike I won't be so sad... I could probably go around $2500, but the cheaper the faster I would take it...

well, you're not gonna find much in terms of a sports bike for that price, unless it's really old, bad condition, or one heck of a deal. You can find customs for that price though.

If I were you, I would stay clear.. 600 Ninjas (Even old ones are fun bikes) with that many kilometers .. i wouldn't trust it!! 80,000kms is alot for any sports bike

You can't loose a lot by riding it all year!!
You'll be able to sell it for almost the same price whitout helmet next year!

So if the bike run well, go for it!
