I have a 1971 Yamaha XS650 that I need to get evaluated to complete a transfer of ownership at SAAQ. Does anyone know someone that can do that in the Laval area? I am not talking about the mechanical inspection, but the $ value for the taxes that SAAQ will be collecting from me.
