Up for sale is a loaded 2001 Sentra GXE (auto/AC/cruise/remote starter) with 174k kms. Asking $2200 OBO.
The car is in excellent condition and is easily one of the best maintained used cars in Montreal. I have owned this car for about a year and am a second owner. My intention was to use it as a winter car but I ended up selling my summer car and keeping this one. The previous owner was an engineer who meticulously replaced everything that could break or broke. See the list below.
The car was rustproofed for 11 winters and has virtually no rust as you can see in the pictures. The underbody is like new. I spent 3 months searching for the used car in such condition before I found this one. The interior is very clean like the rest of the car (no smoking/pets). Everything works including A/C which is ice cold. There are no sounds from the suspension of engine. Transmission is smooth and quiet.
Oil was always changed at max 5000km intervals. (not included in the below list). The engine does not burn any oil.
The car comes with 2 full sets of tires, including almost new General all-season tires and General Altimax winter tires (great in snow) which have at least two winters left on them. Winter tires currently on the car.
Note that the entire suspension, brakes, tires, fluids were changed recently. The car needs nothing.

12. New Front Brake Disks and Pads, February 2012
13. New windshield wipers. (Installed September , 2011)
14. Anti Rust with grease, November 2011 (previous September 2010)
15. Oil Pump Seal changed, March, 2012
16. New Fram Cabin Air Filter, April 2012
17. New NGK Platinum Spark plugs, April 2012 (were also changed in May, 2010)
18. Radiator Flushed, April 2012(was also done before in September 2010)
19. Steering Oil Flushed, April 2012 (was also done before in September 2010)
