Toujours aussi laide.. PKoi pas la Civic européenne???
Honda me fait penser à Ford avec son approche pour la Focus.. On a longtemps eu la vieille chiasse US avant d'avoir la vraie...

Looks like the load shit that all car makers are putting out. WTF are those wheels.

The lines are horrible too.

The standard features this new model offers is unbeatable at this moment.

Sucks about not upgrading the powertrain yet.

Honda has become so much fail over the last 10 years or so, each generation of their cars get progressivly worse in terms of build quality looks and engines. Honda needs to CEO like Toyota to come into power and tell the engineers to stop fucking up, lock them in a room with a coulple of mid ninties civics and a B and D series engine as some examples of doing things right.

no

The rear looks a bit like an accord.

I'm sure it's a great car but the civic is so boring now, it wasn't ever a really exciting car but you know.

Yeah if Honda came up with something along the lines of the fr-s I'm sure it would do great. But I guess they don't really want anything to do with a sporty image like in the past.

Yeh they have made it pretty clear that they arent interested in that segment except of the Civic SI, but they are getting killed by everyone else interms of build quality, power and design. The only thing that keeps the civic moving out the dealers doors is the repuation the the car buit in the 80's and 90's

I don't know if you know what you're talking about...

They had a car called the S2000 in production for about 10 years and the Civic Type-R has been re-announced, and the rumour is a 300hp 4cyl turbo.

At least Honda is a brand that still offers something new and exciting in the compact segment and they were humble and admitted defeat with their 2012 Civic, thus causing this redesign for the better.

The Corolla hasn't changed in long time, boring year after boring year.

S2000 is out of production and was concieved over 12 years ago hence the 90's when Honda still had their shit together. The new Civic Type R looks promising but I will believe it when I see it. They also said they were going to build a none hybrid crz with a turbo 1.6 but that never happened.

I give it to them for admitting their failure but they should have known when the current generation was being developped that it wasent going to cut it compared to the competition, instead they put the car to market only to figure out that they screwed up. I commend them for trying to make right on their screw up but it looks pretty bad when you refreh a car after one model year.
