Anyone works for Rogers/Fido (or any other telephone provider)?

When someone calls the call center, client or not, do you see the number they are calling from?

Can you go back to a certain date/time and look that up?
 
I work in a call center for a financial instituion.. Yes and Yes, also all calls are recorded
 
Yeah, that's what I thought (and was also told...). Thanks

But today I was speaking to yet another operator today and had another argument over that; he kept saying it wasn't possible if the person is not a Fido client. Basically told him he was full of shit.


You pay them over $50 a month, but you have to fight for days to get the answers and info you deserve.
