i tried vsvin.info but the website is down...
i went with getvin.com took me about 100 tries b4 i get a report.

i still havent had a response for autovin.de yet.....

Sites with the .de notation means that the domain name has been registered with the country that handles the issuing of domain names, in this case, Germany.
