Best way to have a new Mk4 key ?

Order a new remote and a blank key from ebay and make it cut and program to the dealer ?
OR
All buying directly at the dealer ?

Around what price ?

if you know any sales men at VW, they usually have extra remotes lying around.

And if you know anyone that works at VW as a mechanic, they can program you the key in less than 10 mins.

Or else $$$$

I have a mkiv ignition switch + barrel, with one key ...
u'd have to rely on ur electric locks for the doors!..

Just make sure that you have the right key... ie: immo3 keys wont work with immo2 cars..
