I get what you mean. But in the end just wanted to see which dealer gives the best experience. I'm not going to write a shitty review, not that it will make a difference. They're just not going to get my money.

I'm parting out my car and about to buy a new one in the coming weeks. When i'm going to be spending $50,000 and more for a car, I expect them to be professional.

I'm not buying a Pontiac Sunfire 1996 for 500$ from a sketch car lot and expecting VIP service. I'm spending still a pretty good amount, just to understand where I am coming from.
