Lowest I can go is 325$. Comes with a yr warranty phone is brand new and unlocked + case+ headset. Phone isn't out anywhere in North America (can't even be found on the canadian or american samsung sites). Trades accepted
 
everyone has the E316, rogers carries it. The X640 isn't even out anywhere yet good luck finding someone who has one. 325$ with a 1 yr warranty is an outstanding price (plus comes with headset and leather case)
 
Very rare and very good phone. Plus comes with a warranty 1yr. Anything goes wrong with the phone and its covered by the warranty.
 
Usually thats what unlocked means. But in this case, this phone wouldn't work with bell because it's a GSM phone, bell's phones are CDMA
