E90 rear squeaky suspension (/w vid)

Anybody had the same issue ?
I ve been reading it could be the rear control arm bushings?
any suggestions ?

Rear lower ball joints are shot. Very very very common problem

Mine does it too. Try to see if it does it without handbrake ? Just stick it in gear and try. Don't use the handbrake.

Handbrake man, park it carefully w/o handbrake on and then try that again. The handbrake on mine makes a similar noise, not quite as loud but similar. If that doesn't work then what Gregster said

Sometimes the bushings won't make noise but the rear tires will get heavy wear on the inside. If you're getting hand brake sound I'd clean out the dust and adjust the shoes.

celle du video oui pas la mienne, je l ai juste mis elle parce que c est le meme bruit.

my car does the same thing, I've read about it and apparently is as mentioned above being related to the handbreak
