Iphone Data Recovery question

Hi!

Is is possible to recover my iphone 13's data (pictures) from the device after it's been water damaged? The phone does not power on, however
iTunes recognizes the phone when plugged into my laptop, and even offers to update the software, but never makes it to the end of the process - and "error occurs" at around 90% completion.

Any recommendations for data recovery places around Montréal? - or any DIY threads info on it?

Tu pourrais p-e aller voir un réparateur pour qui l'ouvre et branche un écran neuve dessus juste pour voir si y se passe de quoi.
 
C’est certain que quelqu’un qui connaît ça est capable de l’ouvrir quitte à le scraper mais de récupérer la carte mémoire et d’extraire les donnees
