Moving a stored vehicle

Hello everyone i have a car with parking plates on it.It has to be moved from a location to another i was told i can get some king of plate or permet to be able to transfer the vehicles location its like $40 i dont feel like insuring and plating the car or paying towing can this be done ?

you can get a 3day transfer plate for like $15 at the saaq.

but what do i do for insurance ? do i have to get some to drive the vehicle on the road from A-B ?

yeah you'll need insurance.

not sure if the transfer paper supplies that or not.

no they don't
but normally if you have another car insured, you just tell your insurance company

Yeah if you just tell ur insurance company it shouldnt cost much to insure it for a day to move it. And as for the transport plate, a 24 hour one is free, and the 4 day on I think is 8$. I wrote it in another post a few weeks ago when I got one
