New blackberry priv (android with physical keyboard)

Non ?

Sure if you want the keyboard, it might be a decent compromise but with stuff like swiftkey or Swype, I don't think physical keyboards are worth the extra bulk.

And they released with Lollipop, can't wait to see how long before they get on Marshmallow.

.

But if you like it, good for you, I am pretty picky on my cellphones.

Me too. But we don't all care about the same things. You are heavy into photography so the camera will probably extremely important. For me it isn't but I value that physical keyboard a lot while you don't care about it.

There's a phone out there for everyone.

So I noticed something, while browsing for more info about wireless charging, I found a thread that says that the contractual phones (bought from Rogers, bell inc.) don't have wireless charging, just the ones you buy directly from blackberry. That was a little disappointing to read honestly. Apparently it's to keep costs down, but I can't imagine how much more expensive it is to include that feature in every phone. First little dent in my priv experience.

After 1 week of usage, I can honestly say this phone kicks serious ass. Its the best of both worlds. Honestly for those who say take off the keyboard and make it thinner, I'm not too sure I'd go with that, its already VERY thin, any thinner and id be worried about it bending or if it doesnt bend, then the parts would get loose from the constant flex. I'm new to Android so it too me a few days to figure out how to do a few things and adjust the phone. Its a good thing but confusing thing too, but is good if you want to tweak every little thing. It's a gorgeous phone to look at.
Doesn't it heat up to something like 50C?
