Hi,
Got a friend who is in a heck of a situation with eBay/Paypal. He forgot to erase cookies and history on computer and his kid decided to purchase 5000$ of stuff on Ebay. Login credentials were of course saved on the computer which allowed him to pay for transaction on Buy it Now process. Some of the vendors accepted to cancel transaction and to refund for full amount, but some ignored his requests after he fully disclosed what happened. They shipped the stuff anyway.
Just wondering what is his best way of getting his money back via Paypal and/or credit card company?
Should he open a dispute process on Paypal? Make a claim to Paypal stating he never received what he purchased (Which would be a lie...)?
Thank you in advance for your recommendations,
Fred.
