Questions on credit card debts?

If it's your girlfriend, leave that bitch, she is not even able to take care of such a small debt so it will be impossible to live a life and have project with her. Geez 800$ that's nothing.

Leaving is not an option. Maybe I can hold out as long as possible for the credit rating to r8 - r9. How long will that take?

/thread /commentaires imbéciles qui vont te nuire MR style

ok, how long to reach r8? about?

There is no standard. R8 is "Repossession"

R0: Too new to rate; approved but not used.
R1: Pays (or paid) within 30 days of payment due date or not over one payment past due.
R2: Pays (or paid) in more than 30 days from payment due date, but not more than 60 days, or not more than two payments past due.
R3: Pays (or paid) in more than 60 days from payment due date, but not more than 90 days, or not more than three payments past due.
R4: Pays (or paid) in more than 90 days from payment due date, but not more than 120 days, or four payments past due.
R5: Account is at least 120 days overdue, but is not yet rated "9."
R6: This rating does not exist.
R7: Making regular payments through a special arrangement to settle your debts.
R8: Repossession (voluntary or involuntary return of merchandise).
R9: Bad debt; placed for collection; moved without giving a new address or bankruptcy.

If you wait 6 years and do not pay a dollar, the debt gets stat barred and falls off your credit. You may have to call Equifax or transunion to have it removed.

You get a r9 on your bureau for not paying after a few months. Your best bet to recover from it is to pay it in full and not accept a settlement.

If you keep your debt in house and make arrangements they might reactivate your card. If you go R9 that means it was sent to a 3 rd party collection agency and your will have trouble when you re apply.
