Why would you buy GSR springs for a civic and cut them? Why not get the right springs for the car? If you wnat to go lower you can bypass the "sport" springs and get the "race" springs. Or, do it right and get a full coil-over system that has the right spring rate and shock dampening for the application. That way you can not only raise or lower it but corner weight it for the track, drop the front and raise the back for drag racing etc. The best of both worlds!
