I'm trying to figure out if special goggles are required or if normal (really dark) sunglasses are ok. I imagine the main issue is probably coverage as goggles go all around to the sides and normal sunglasses usually won't.
I'm thinking I will test refraction in my pool hihi.
OK never mind the very bright, this laser is retarded, after making a (couple of) hole in a black garbage bag, I just ignited a piece of black cardboard with it from a distance of about 2 feet, it started smoking after about 1 second of being focused (it's focusable) and I had to step on the cardboard to extinguish.
Not a toy. I will definitely not let my daughter play with this laser. It is wicked.
I will test with other black materials over the week-end, as well as matches and balloons, I have no balloons here but I can probably pick some up at Dollorama over my lunch later.
Also I want to see the range, will test later.
