Spark, Fuel, but no start.

I had no power at my ecu so i tapped the power supply wire and ran it directly to the battery. Now my ECU has power I have feul, I have spark but still the engine will not fire. Also while cranking there is a bit of smoke coming out of the MAF and smells like gas. Any help will be good. Thanks.

Why won't it start in the first place, problem with a short in the harness ?

If your sure you have spark and fuel, then it should at least turn over,

Check your camshaft and crankshaft sensors, might be presnting the ECU a bad code.

eagle talon = you don't sleep any more lolll joke.i have a scanner i can look at it in trouble shooting and i can tell you what could be the probleme, i have to go in baconsfield tomorow to buy hoses from your friend with the black talon .

its ok the problem was found and fixed, seeing as its a talon iv moved on to my next problem lol
