Simply put, my girlfriend inquired twice regarding a speeding ticket she was issued a couple of weeks ago. Contacted Ticket 911 through their online "contact us" section first, then by phone, to which we received NO reply except an acknowledgement of receiving the email.
For a company that pollutes the radio station airways with their marketing almost begging for your business, I'm not impressed.
A simple call to say "We can't help you, sorry" or "Here's our fees, what do you want to do?", would suffice. But even that seems to be too much to ask for.
At this point, even if they would call or reply to the online information request, I wouldn't seek their services anyways. Anyone who works with customers knows, that no matter how busy you are, a simple email or phone call takes just a moment a keeps your customers happy. Not replying? Good way to make sure you don't have customers.
Yet another company with sub-par service, sponsoring MR.
Avi Levi... Fail.
