The pictures with non-matching ear lobs are soooo obviously Photoshoped it's not even funny.
 
There is also a conspiracy theory that Epstein died because of staff shortage and mandatory overtime for the prison guards caused by budget cuts and a hiring freeze. It could be that or Hillary Clinton can astrally project to kill her enemies.

Food for the thoughts: When you are as rich and powerful as Epstein, you get prison workers to take sick days and turn off cameras to have an opportunity to kill yourself.

More often than not, the simplest explanation is the good one.
 
If this guy was such a danger to that many powerful people, he would have been killed years ago. It would be incredibly sloppy and foolish to wait AFTER he's been arrested to do it. He could have sung his guts out already for all we know.

New update, supposedly Ghislain Maxwell's Wikipedia page was updated to have her indicated as "died on August 30, 2019". It's probably just somebody messing around but thought I'd note it here just in case it comes to pass.
