Many members are discussing whether dealer courtesy washes are standard at most dealers when a vehicle is brought in for service.
The reality is that most luxury dealers will at the minimum give the outside a quick wash and pass a vacuum on the floor of your vehicle before giving it back to you. This service is complimentary even for the smallest of services. Some “non-luxury” dealers also do it but it’s on a case by case basis and usually not in the winter.
It’s a nice freebie for many but for some, they’d rather not have their vehicle cleaned.
