Revenu Quebec selling John “Wolf of Montreal” Babikian’s House for $2M

Remember this thread about the Bugatti-driving 27-year old multi-millionaire from Laval who is wanted by Revenu Quebec? Well the government agency is now selling his $2M house that they seized.

It’s a 7000 square foot Mediterranean style house with four different levels located in Laval’s Domaine des berges development in Saint-Dorothée. It has a five-car garage, elevator, billiard room and a wine cellar capable of holding 1000 bottles. The house actually occupies two land units for a total property size of 17,058 square feet.

Babikian’s other properties in the US have also been seized as he’s wanted on fraud charges after raking in millions allegedly rigging penny stock markets.

Prior to his feud with Revenu Quebec, Babikian was seen frequently driving his Bugatti Veyron (which was modified by Customride.ca to the tune of 1500 horsepower) around the city. He even shipped it to Monaco when he visited so he could drive it over there, too.

MontrealRacing.com member and professional detailer cobrAAA detailed the vehicle and posted some photos of his work here. The photoshoot was done by Guillaume Boily who is also a forum member (Boily).
