ACRDQ SHIT F$K$^$#^%&
I lied the first evaluation to maximum ,
I dont take the car , i drink at home , dont go see my friends , 2 or 3 beer max, i stay with my gf ,engaged , don't go out see my friends ,
if i go always go with someone who can drive Or my fiancé
they said I had a repeat offense that was like almost 10year ago
so based on that I FAIL ,,
ALL THEY WANT IS 1 SIMPLE MISTAKE TO FAIL YOU
so can someone tell me how does this full evaluation works i am not so good in reading French
some head up will be much appreciated
from what i know your right for the first part
for the second part the judge will sentence you to 3 month...the rest is saaq policy
Wow... ok, that makes no sense at all. After 90 days you are allowed to drive until you go to court, and then the judge removes that right again for 90 days...
But what is the 1 to 3 years suspension for a first offence then??
And what is that summary evaluation for? Is it for the first 90 days suspension or for the second 90 days the judge orders you?
I am really confused here... lol
i know it changed alot lately , but you have to know that there are 2 player in that the saaq and the justice systeme
form what i remember
you get caught
-the saaq remove you right to drive for 90 days
-if you end up guilty the justice system remove your right to drive for 90 days all across canada
-after that the saaq take over with all the shit..with the evaluation and all that shit the blowing machine ect
if a bit like a GEV...you lose your license on the spot no judgement ... and after the judgement if you bust you points then you loose your permit for good lol
i'm sure somebody with personnal experience will be of better help
