I am über satisfied with my GS4, can't wait for kitkat, it's been rolling out for Moto X users on Rogers and so forth. The camera is sick, sd slot and litteraly feels 2x the power of the s3.
I would suggest O.P. that if you can fix your gs3 for sub 150$ go for it and rock it out for another year +, if not try to find a gs4, if not lol, Nexus 5 for 349$ straight from googlay.

Makes me laugh how fanboys from both sides , feel the need to defend their phones like if they own 50% of the cmpy,
It's more of a preference, like people almost give me shit or buying a cadillac, because they own an Audi or BMw,

Had a 3G ages ago, was a great phone up untill i put the IOS4 and it made it slower than a startac, and to top it off i was not able to download all my paid apps. when i called APPLE first thing they say is, you have no apple care plan pay 45$+ Tx for help !???
Sold it for 100$ after 2,5 years with a back plastic cracked (which is good value IMO)
I have a Xperia ZL, 4,3 made it better and 4,4 coming out soon
Why i like it ? i paid 400$ unlocked 10 months ago, i got a warranty even if i bought it on Kijiji and had no bills (my cam had black dots so i sent it ) I like Android widgets, and got used to having a 5'' screen
And in a few months i might get myself a Z2, and sell my super clean ZL for 250-300$
For everyone that isnst to tech savy i tell them right away, GET AN IPHONE ! (even better Microsoft phones are even simpler i find, but i wont go there)
Edit: I forgot, people talking about SAmsung copying Iphone with the finger scanner... my brother had it on his Moto 3-4 years ago

Could not had said it better.
Everyone in this industry is copying each other, including apple.
So no matter what, at this point, it's a matter of personal preference.
And concerning those who say android crash more than iOS, it's false.
When it crashes, its either a bad application (read the goddamn review before downloading or buying), which happens on both iOS and android at the same frequency (studies were made on that)
Or because the power user screwed up( which happened to me sometime, and each time it was my fault not the phone fault)

le monde qui veulent pas un forfait qui coute la peaux du cul. pour l'instant j'ai un forfait commercial all unlimited+6gb, sa me tente pas de prendre un téléphone subventionner pi payer 90$ par mois.
sinon le iFail 5 et 5s sa vaut pas de la marde, toutes mes amis qui ont un iphone a déja été retourné minimum une ou deux fois sur la garantie. tu l'échape a terre pi sa casse, c'est sur que quand sa coute la peau du cul comparé un téléphone qui coute 300-400$ on espere qui vas ouvrir une application 1seconde plus vite xD
pourquoi je ne vais pas changer mon Galaxy S3 avant un ans ou deux? parce que ce téléphone la c'est fais en béton, mon téléphone a tombé d'une hauteur de deux étage (tombé de ma poche) sur du béton et la vitre a cassé, 200$ plus tard j'avais une vitre neuve et le téléphone fonctionne a comme un neuf. tu instal Cyanogen mod pi t'es parti pour un autre 1 ans ou deux parce que samsung est pas capable de faire une bonne surcouche. j'ai acheter une batterie pour 30$ (zerolemon 7000mah) pi je décole jeudi matin et le dimanche soir y me reste environ 15%

Un nexus 5 full prix ok mais un iPhone ou s4 oublie ca c'est beaucoup trop cher. J'ai pris le mien (détail 400$ dans le temps) inclus dans un contrat a 35$, chez koodo sans contrat j'aurais peut être sauvé 5$/mois (soit 200$ sur trois ans) donc dans mon cas prendre un téléphone inclus dans le contrat valait tout a fait la peine. Mais mon prochain sera sans doute un nexus 6 avec koodo a moins que telus me fasse vraiment une bonne offre.

Probablement resté Nexus 5? Étant donné que le Nexus 7 à gardé le même nom et correspond au nombre de pouces de l'écran. Le prochain Nexus devrait rester à 5".

parfait, pour moi en haut de 5" c'est beaucoup trop gros. dommage que apple ne font pas de bon téléphone moins cher, sa aurait été parfait avec mon macbook pro

Must say im very happy... size/speed/overall performance and camera... I dont need more
only reason I even changed my Note 2 is because the update OS made the battery drain at the speed of light ...
Id get an S4 if i were you since its going for cheap before the S5 comes out (thats if you take a contract)... if you dont want to take contract then Nexus 5 it is
my word is the words of someone who can change phone every second day if I want ... lol ... so when I stick to a phone and dont change it (except smth like the Note 2 issue)... its cause its a good piece of hardware to keep
