He should open up a garage. He buys used ones from the states Ontario, fix them a bit, sell them etc... He also should do maintenance for people who are interested.

Honetement, peu importe ce que tu vas choisir va avoir besoin d'une reparation quelconque vu ton budget. Et tu as pas de budget reparation...
