I came across this video of a mechanic working on a Charger.

I haven't really done much work on any recent cars, so 0 aware of how commonplace this is. But the quick things he pointed out that are made of plastic:
The beaters I'll own will likely never get to a point where cracking plastics would be a major problem. But what will the ownership look like potentially for cars like this when they get old/high mileage? More wear/tear items to replace? Or too much of a headache to own and people will just scrap them sooner?
Will cars like this ever become classics? I can't imagine owning a 20-30 year old car with such extensive use of aged plastic gone through intense heat cycles.

- Oil Filter Cooling Housing
- Fuel Rails
- intake manifold
- Engine valve covers
