selon l'OP...

meme le policier ne l'a pas arreter pour une infraction, mais pour avoir fait une manoeuvre LITIGIEUSE et a decicer qu'il trouverai une infraction qui fiterai avec cette maneuvre ou n'importe quoi lol

en gros la question demeure a t-il commis une infraction ou pas ???

si fallait qu'on soit coupable parce qu'on se sent coupable...y aurai du monde dans le troube pour rien et d'autre qui serait jamais accuse de rien...parce que selon eux il on jamais rien fait de pas correct lol
 
Update. Went to court and prosecutor accepted to pay the fine with no points. I didn't show up. He called me a day later and said the judge rejected it and I would receive a new court date.

New prosecutor Said she is only willing to reduce the ticket to 238$ and still keep the 3 points on it.

What the heck? She said she can't change the infraction to anything with no points...
 
Points are not decided by the prosecutor or the judge...they are added by the saaq once you are declared guilty of an infraction

And it`s not like the prosecutor can create new infraction as he wants, even if you agree, there are rule to follow!
