question:blower resistance

how do i change the resistance for my blower motor? it only works on 3 not 1 and 2

perhaps the blower motor resistor needs changing

thats what i want to know is how to change the resistor in the motor

under the glove box you have a panel ... you remove the panel and there you have the blower motor ... the blover motor is plugged in the blower motor resistor ... you unplug the blower from the resistor and you remove the resistor and replace the resistor

i know where the resistor is i just cant get it out of the motor ,its like pinched between two plastic clips and i dont want to break any thing
so how do i get the resistor out of the motor?
