Honda just announced pricing for the new NSX.

190K to start, fully loaded with all possible options MR ballers are looking at 250 000 (+tx ) to get the new NSX in their driveway.

Am I the only one that finds the pricing higher than expected?

In a way I understand that it's a hybrid supercar blah blah blah but I thought they will align the pricing with the R8 (So about 140K base - 160K loaded) which I see as it's closest competitor.

That's US pricing. I had the guide de l'auto in 2004-2005 and it was listed at $140 000. Granted, it's not necessarily the best reference, it's still close considering in that time frame, the canadian dollar was going for about $0.75 USD, making the cars here that much more expensive.

Even if we drop to $120 000, the price for todays inflating should still be around $175 000 - $200 000 for the new one.
