I find the concept funny though. To me a pickup has a basic dash with vinyl seats, a diesle engine and busted up bed. I just cant imagine stepping in with my work boots and my tool belt into a poshed up interior that is so fancy. I always found that it was the world around for utility vehicles, you have luxury souped up pickup trucks from ford dodge and gm, then you have the basic, uber utilitarian Mercedes Sprinter with cloth seats and rubber carpeting lol..

Quality seat covers and floor mats and you're all set. :)

Remove them on weekends when you don't need 'em!

this, my 2 truck have worktruck interior and would not want anythings else

defeats the purpose of having fine leather seats and also gets annoying to install and remove seat covers weak after weak . i have weather techs in my f150 and although they keep all the heavy crap off my carpets the small stuff still get through.

IMO a platinum isnt really a work truck . i find its more of a luxury vehicul for the person that wants max practicality

I wouldn't pay 60,000 for an F-150. I'll always pick Ford trucks over anything else, but 60k for a pickup that starts in the 20s is nuts.

An F-350 that is used for hauling is another story, but 60k for a truck that's going to get beat on doing what trucks do is just nuts. And if it's not going to get beat on, then, why have a truck? I imagine owners of contracting or construction companies might have them, but that's about it.

Also, what's with the subtle advertizing for Lasalle Ford always?

it's more than just a truck,..to some people it's a statement!

V6 powaaaar

It's not subtle advertising, we both work for autogroupe lasalle (dodge, chrysler, jeep, ram, fiat, suzuki & used cars). The reviews we write are still honest and we still have the ability to compare ford to chrysler.
