No joke c'est dégueulasse.

How crowded is it during summer time?

Didnt see very crowded to me. It was busy yes but not having to push your way through people. The guy at the hotel told us it’s actually died down a bit compared to 2018-19 and 2022. Its a beautiful country, the best driving roads ive been on and the people are extremely friendly

What I didnt like was the “reaching into pockets” for maximum cash extraction. Many sites you have to pay 1000isk for parking and they have license plate scanners… while some sites dont. 300-400isk to use a toilet and Im fine with pay toilets but i found that price a little absurd. More expensive than CH.

We got back yesterday and from car drop off to airside at the airport took not even 10 mins

Back from Belgium after visiting Brussels, Ghent, Bruge and Antwerp
Belgium border control (not customs) is ass, it took us 2hr45min to clear it.
The Grant place is one of the most beautiful plazas I've been to
Comic strip/book capital of europe and birth of Tin Tin, Gaston, Asterix, Smurfs, lucky Luke...
Mannekin Pis (the statue has over 1300 costumes) and they dressed him up like this for our St-Jean Baptiste.
Moules-frites was ok, the fries are overrated but their waffles were very good.
3 langauges (flemish, french, german) are official but everybody speaks english as well and nobody cares about
language politics since most will speak at least 3.
Brussel's about 1/3rd arabic (no exaggeration) I heard it more than french/flemish, mostly moroccan anestries
Antwerps central station is stunning.

i also learned that Belgian french, they say septante (70), huitante (80) and nonante (90)

My dad is Belgian from Leige. Many europeans will speak 2-3 languages depending on where you are. Local language. One will either be french or german and english or Spanish. We have friends in Zurich, the wife speaks 5 languages and writes.
English
German
French
Spanish

do you even still work!?!! god damn lol you're always on trips! your employer must go crazy trying to find replacements :p
